Research

The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences conducts interdisciplinary research on concepts and methods in the field of equal participation and inclusion. It focuses its research on the individual needs, resources and competences of people with disabilities, with impairments and/or in social disadvantage. The opportunities and risks of digitalisation are increasingly in focus. Diverse national and international cooperations with partners from research and practice enable basic and targeted application research. The department concentrates and bundles its research in three research clusters.
