PhD program
At the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences international students are welcome to do their PhD. It is necessary to get into contact with one of our professors prior to your application.
The doctoral regulations of the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences dated March 2, 2011, March 23, 2015 and May 30, 2018 provide in § 9 for a structured doctoral program in which all doctoral students participate during their doctoral studies. The contents and scope of this doctoral program are thereby determined by the Department Council of the Department. Access to the doctoral program is linked to official admission to the doctoral program by the doctoral committee of the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences.
Doctoral candidates who are pursuing a doctorate according to the doctoral regulations of the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences of March 2, 2011 or March 23, 2015 are obliged to complete the doctoral program. Doctoral candidates can - independent of admission - participate in module 3 "Information, Counselling and Exchange" of the doctoral program.
The doctoral program of the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences is composed of 3 modules:
- Module 1: Qualification areas
- Module 2: Care agreement
- Module 3: Information, consultation and exchange
